Get to know Roy

I know firsthand the questions many men carry about identity, purpose, and direction.​

Growing up without a father shaped my own journey, but God met me in that place, restoring my identity and revealing a calling to help other men discover theirs.

For more than 20 years, I've coached leaders, built teams, and mentored men through seasons of growth and transformation. Today, I combine that experience with Spirit-led coaching to help people become grounded in who they are, lead with intention, and step confidently into their calling.
